Ever wonder why MARIJUANA is illegal and LIQUOR is legal. If you look at the facts you will see the difference in statistics.

POT has effected people by making them a little slow when driving but then again, when did that ever hurt anybody? Anyway, we all know the effects LIQUOR has on a person when they drive and the possible outcomes. Now to me just that difference alone should change the law but, nope! So, what about if you smoke too much pot? what happens? You will just fall asleep and gain about 5 pounds from the munchies but that’s it. If you drink too much LIQUOR you will throw-up, be very uncomfortable and maybe even land yourself in the hospital. Now, POT on the other hand would take about 15pounds in 15 minutes for you to get sick which no one could ever possibly consume, so no worries there. How about attitude? Did you ever see someone smoke a joint and want to start fighting people, I’m sure not much, but can’t say that about Liquor it causes violence everywhere, home, the bar, family gatherings and so forth.

Marijuana makes you relax, calm, funny and peaceful. I don’t know who made these laws or who is in charge today of regulating what’s going on here but it’s very obvious there is a different reason for POT not being legal vs. liquor. These listed statements are just a very few comparisons of the outcomes of both and are far from the worst. In any case, I am all for pot and hope you are to. The feeling of being dizzy and wanting to fight all the tie just is not for me. Also, there is no nature in LIQUOR. POT is enjoyable to look at, feel ,smell, and builds a certain sense of excitement which is never found in drinking for me at least. Pot is also grown naturally while liquor is processed.Imagine the overall long term health issues on just that simple fact alone.HUH? Must be a conspiracy or something going on.

IN some states it’s legal for medical usage which must mean that it is actually good for us in some sort of way. Now you don’t see doctor’s telling people to go home and drink. So these are a few of many, many different situations between the both there are a lot of dramatic differences and not really any similarities except for the fact you need to be drinking a lot of water once you are no longer intoxicated. So, all together MARIJUANA has a delightful feeling, outcome, effect and overall power which to me liquor does not possess. I know there is a lot of people out there that agree with me on this and a lot of people who disagree on this. Either way, the truth is the truth and facts are facts. How many people do YOU know that die from MARIJUANA. Okay keep thinking….Now think of the people who died from LIQUOR, yep! There you have it

Drug addiction is classified as a physical or psychological dependence on a drug. It can be both. Addiction can occur with drugs as common as aspirin or as insidious as amphetamines, cocaine or heroin. Some people are genetically wired for addiction, while others need several exposures to a substance to become addicted. Very few substances are considered non-addictive, because psychological dependency can occur at any time. For some people, drug addiction is a way of life that will never stop. For others, they have the potential of quitting at any time.

Psychological dependency occurs when the user becomes emotionally attached to the substance. Without it, they may feel strong “comfort cravings”, which do not alleviate any pains and provide little, if any physical pleasure.

Physical dependency, on the other hand, happens when the body itself becomes dependent on the drug. After habitual use, body systems become dependent on the drug being in the person’s system in order to function correctly. The brain changes its’ chemical balance to the point that an abrupt stop of the drug use can cause severe discomfort or even death.

Narcotics are among the most widely abused drug today, bringing with their use both physical and psychological dependencies. Used to create extra endorphins, narcotic drug addiction creates an effect of dependence because, after habitual use, the body no longer produces enough dopamine to satisfy the user’s comfort. Whereas “clean” people would be perfectly content without the narcotic, the drug user can plummet into a deep depression when deprived of the drug.

Stimulants such as amphetamines can be equally addictive, although some people say stimulants are the lesser of two evils. The withdrawal symptoms are quite similar, with the exception of the moods produced by each drug. Instead of sinking into deep depression, some people may go into a violent rage.

In any case of drug abuse, treatment is needed. The methods of “kicking the habit” vary widely, as do people’s opinions and professional advice on how it should be done. Going “cold turkey” is the immediate cessation of drug use, without being “weaned” off the substance. This is not always the best choice, because without a replacement substance to help the body adjust, body systems can shut down. Most professionals agree that rehabilitation and detoxification programs stand the best chance of success in cases of drug addiction.

Detoxification programs aim to flush the body systems of the drug in a gradual schedule of “drying out”. The drug addiction patient is prescribed drugs which mimic the addictive substance, without the physical and psychological dependency factors.

Rehabilitation programs are more focused on emotional causes of drug addiction, attempting to reveal the emotional sources of the drug addiction, falling more into the classification of therapy versus physical dependence.

Drug addiction is rampant in today’s society, for a variety of reasons. If you or someone you know needs help, it’s there for the asking.

There’s no doubt that many plagues tarnish the world as we know it. From hunger, to disease, to birth defects, to war; it seems like there is no end to the struggle. Then there are folks out there who add more evil to the game of life. I’m referring to drug addiction and alcoholism. What is the point of all this. These are without a doubt choices that can be made. So many people struggle without the benefit of choices, and yet others choose to destroy themselves. Does this ring any bells with anyone? What a stupid question, huh?

Maybe you or someone you know has been afflicted with drug addiction? Are you aware of the initial reason for taking the drugs? My guess is stupidity. Possibly a lack of will power or autonomy. I will be the first to admit that I have no sympathy or compassion for those who suffer from drug addictions. The only way I can see it as something inflicted upon another is if it was passed from mother to child before birth. That is a tragedy, no doubt. Now, for all the people out there who choose drugs for mere pleasure or “recreational fun,” you could die for all I care. This is a burden you are intentionally imposing upon yourself. You would have to be stuck at the level of a kindergartener to be this idiotic. My seven year old even knows not to take drugs. One thing is for certain; if you are stuck in a rut, and simply can’t break free of your drug addiction, then you’d better acquire some assistance. Have a friend or relative help you. Get into drug treatment as soon as physically possible. The quicker the better.

Read all you can on drug addiction and the infinite problems that go along with it. In my opinion it’s a simply pros and cons topic. What are the pros? Drugs may offer you some sort of escapism. I don’t doubt that. Guess what; film and reading offer escapism too. Now, what are the cons of drug addiction? Ha, are you kidding me? The list will go on forever. Why not start with financial ruins, loss of health, loss of friends and family, and loss of career? This is just to get started. So before you make the decision to try some useless drug, I’d remember the pros and cons.

America knows that there are a lot of positive reasons why marijuana should be legalized. The positive reasons should completely overtake the few negative things about marijuana. Politicians are always saying that marijuana is such a bad thing. Every single politician says the same thing about marijuana; they all try to say it’s very unhealthy. Well last time I checked Cigarettes where pretty unhealthy, but that’s legal. They are all persuaded that marijuana is so bad just because it gives you a, “high feeling”. That will lead me into my first discussion about why marijuana should be legalized.

First of all, about 76,000 people die every year from using alcohol. So obviously alcohol is dangerous. I will tell you from personal experiences that marijuana is not harmless to the community at all. Unlike alcohol, Marijuana does not make you “not care about what you’re doing”. I actually tended to be more concentrated while driving or working while being under the influence of marijuana. Do you think it’s fair to marijuana users that they have to worry about being arrested just for smoking some marijuana? I smoked marijuana with one of my elders who was about 70 years old. I have to tell you for how much marijuana she has smoked in her lifetime she seems pretty intelligent. She doesn’t drink alcohol because she knows that it makes people do crazy things. This elder is the most pleasant elder you could talk to, and she has never caused the community any trouble. The law enforcement does not even bother her because they know she is not causing any trouble. Just take that personal experience and think about that.

Leading from violence, I’m going to tell you how legalizing marijuana would make the United Sates much less violent. First of all the United Sates prisons would not be as full as usual. They would approximately lose 20 percent of there population. That will reduce huge amounts of taxes that you are paying. Just think, Big gangs and drug cartels would have to go away from marijuana trafficking. That would mean people would not get killed over bad deals or trying to stand in the way of the drug deals. Also the courthouse won’t have to worry about all the funding to keep people away from marijuana. Besides all the funding they put into that does nothing? Nothing will stop marijuana users from using. So why not cut the funding, especially in this economy.

As you have heard, Marijuana is the largest cash crop in the whole United States! Even more marijuana is grown then tobacco, and that’s a lot. Also the United States is in debt for over 13 trillion dollars. If the national government would legalize marijuana they would have so many new products they could tax, including the product as itself. From just taxes alone the government could make billions of dollars towards the national debts. It won’t just help the national debts. It will also help our economy by creating hundreds of thousands of new jobs. That would bring more spending and less business reductions. All the financial things about marijuana are positive. There are 14 states that have legalized the use of medical marijuana. If you do some research you will find that a high percentage of those states have little debts.

Now we all know there are short term and long term effects from using marijuana, but it’s our body so we should have the freedom to do what we want to it. The effects of smoking marijuana are no worse then smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol. As the constitution says we get “the pursuit of happiness”, so what if marijuana is some people pursuit of happiness.

As you have seen from this information, drug is not a lethal drug. In fact it is the safest drug in the world. So why have other drugs been legalized before marijuana . Help marijuana to be legalized by spreading this message to your friends. Don’t pass this by and think it will never happen. If everyone took a little part in spreading this message it would rise in the media which would overtake what the politicians are saying. This is serious and you could help just by spreading this message around the media.

Want to know how to detox for THC? You’re in the right spot. In this article I’m going to go over several options you have if you want to detox for THC quickly, easily, and painlessly.

The minimum time it takes to detox for THC is approximately 72 hours (or 3 days). Without a detox at all, THC can stay in your system for up to 90 days if you’re a habitual user, depending on how much you consume and the strength, which can be a huge burden if you need to pass a drug test for one reason or another.

On a side note, if you don’t want to quit, and just want to pass a test, there are other options you can pursue that won’t detox for THC, but rather hide the THC in your system, allowing you to pass your test. In other words, the THC will still be in your system, but it won’t show up in a test. These options include masking drinks and synthetic urine kits. Both have been used by thousands of people with great success. So if you’re just looking to pass a test and don’t really want to detox, they’re worth trying out, so look for a shop or website that sells them.

But for now we’ll forget about that, and move on to how to detox for THC. Like I said, it takes 72 hours, and detoxing for THC won’t be the most pleasant thing you’ve ever done, but if you follow these steps, it will work.

Here’s what you need to detox thc:
-1 bottle of vinegar
-1 pack of multivitamins
-Lots of water
-24 oz. of Gatorade
-Cranberry juice
-A hot place to sit and sweat (sauna, steam bath, or even a hot car will work (sweating is your body’s natural way to release toxins and detoxify)
-3 days off work (or you can do it on the weekend and call in sick on the Friday or Monday)

First 24 Hours:
The first 24 hours are easy going. For the first 24 hours you’ll just be drinking water mixed with half vinegar. You’ll need to be drinking about 1 liter of this every half hour. Also drink 3 bottles of Gatorade in the first day. No more and no less. The gatorade is simply to help your system adjust and replace the electrolytes that you’ll be losing. ALso on the first day, you need to go for a run. The goal is to sweat as much as humanly possible, and take a shower immediately after in order to wash off the sweat so the toxins don’t re-enter your system. Ideally, you want to go for a 30 minute run 8 times today, for a total of 4 hours exercise. Also, at the start of the day, and 1 hour before you go to bed, take 1 multivitamin.

Second 24 Hours:
The second 24 hours are going to be tough, but if you made it through the first day, you can do it. No pain, no gain, people! Once again, take a multivitamin as soon as you wake up. Then, you want to prepare your sauna, steam bath, or leave your car out in the sun to make it hot enough to make you sweat. Around 12pm, go to your warm spot and stay there for 2.5 hours, and sweat, sweat, sweat. Bring plenty of water mixed with vinegar and gatorade, and continue your routine from yesterday. Also, bring some cranberry juice and drink as much as you want, just not more than the water/vinegar mixture. After your get out of your car at 2:30, go have a shower immediately. Then, continue your workout regimen. 30 minutes every hour or so, just like yesterday. Continue drinking the water/vinegar mixture and gatorade every so often like yesterday.

Last 24 hours:
The 3rd day will be exactly the same as the 2nd, except you’ll be substituting the Gatorade with Cranberry juice, which will help restore your electrolytes and help you sweat and urinate the THC from your system. Spend another 2.5 hours in the sauna, steam room, hot car, and continue exercising at total of 4 hours today. Take your multivitamins in the morning and at night.

On the day of your test:
Take 2 multivitamins 4 hours before your test. Do not drink any vinegar water. Only drink cranberry juice. Lots of it.

If you follow these directions about thc detox, you will pass your test and be completely clean. It’s tough, but sometimes you’ve got to do what you’ve got to do…
